Tsunami is a great wedding venue for Japanese food lovers in Perth, Western Australia. We are located in Mosman Park, close to the train station and beautiful Cottesloe beach. We have a great undercover outdoor garden area with beautiful fairy lights that frame the perfect evening. Big weddings or small weddings, we have had the experience to offer a magical dining experience for a range of taste buds. We offer a big range of sake, Western Australian wines, and Japanese beers.
We can cater for up to 140 people for a sit down wedding and about 200 people for a cocktail wedding or event. We offer a non-painful, quick and easy wedding experience. We are happy to accommodate requests and can cater for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs, gluten-free, nut-free, and all other allergies. Our chef has prepared tasty and delicious vegan and vegetarian options. No one is left out and everyone has an equally happy dining experience.

Our customers have described us as a non-conventional, unique, eclectic and beautiful wedding and event venue. Our open garden provides a fresh, green feel to the evening. Almost reminiscent of a magical tea party with all the vines and fairy lights.
Our Japanese food ranges from sushi, sashimi, tempura, and sukiyaki. But of course we offer the famous Wagyu beef and sake-marinated black cod. Family or friends not into the whole Japanese-thing, no problem we have other options to suit everyone’s palate. We offer Western, modern Australian cuisine options as well. Fusion Japanese is our thing. Sweet potato crème brulee at a Japanese restaurant, who would have thought? We can offer that out of the ordinary, fun, unique wedding experience, far from the traditional ballroom experience.
