As a Teppanyaki Chef Apprentice at Tsunami Ko, you will have the opportunity to learn the traditional and creative techniques of teppanyaki cuisine from our highly skilled and experienced chefs. Our com-prehensive apprenticeship program will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to become a skilled Teppanyaki Chef.
Key Responsibilities:
Training: Learn the fundamentals of teppanyaki cooking, including knife skills, ingredient preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
Assist the Teppanyaki Chef: Work alongside our experienced Teppanyaki Chefs during meal service to observe and assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers and entertain them by showcasing your cooking skills and engaging in friendly conversation.
Maintain Cleanliness: Assist in keeping the teppanyaki grill area and kitchen clean and organized.
No prior experience required; a strong passion for cooking and a desire to learn are essential. Excellent teamwork & communication. Enthusiastic & eager to take on the challenges of the kitchen. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
