An interview with a sake brewer

Andy Russell is a good friend of ours and one of the more well known sake brewers in Japan (non Japanese).

I met with him with Miho Imada in Akitsu in Hiroshima ken at the shuzo of Imada sake. His knowledge of sake is impressive and he likes to delve inot the finer points and history of sake. 

He has a great podcast with Jim Rion called 'Sake Deep Dive'. Here is an interview with him as he discusses all things sake making. Enjoy.
